are set to rival Manchester United and Tottenham in the race for Steven Bergwijn.
This is not the first time the Reds have registered an interest in the winger.
Liverpool sent scouts to watch the attacker in almost every game in the second half of
    last season.
And now it looks as if Jurgen Klopp has rejoined the race for the highly-rated winger according
    to De Telegraaf.
But they are not the only Premier League club interested in signing the star.
According to The Reports, Manchester United are keen on a deal and are facing competition
    from Tottenham.
The forward has scored 10 goals in 24 matches this season.
The Manchester Evening News say that United sent scouts to watch him in action in the
    2-2 draw against Emmen.
It's highly likely that they would have also had one eye on Hirving Lozano.
Inter Milan, West Ham, Bournemouth and Spurs are also circling.
Torino, Bordeaux, Real Sociedad and CSKA Moscow are also said to be interested, but it's
unlikely they will have the kind of cash that PSV are asking for.
The 21-year-old is believed to be valued at around £27million.
It's not likely that any Premier League club will be prepared to launch a bid before
    the window closes.
Klopp has already confirmed that Liverpool are set for a quiet month.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is also not expected to dip into the market besides sanctioning
a few loan moves for his youth players.
Tottenham are keen to add an attacker to their squad amid injuries to Harry Kane and Dele
However Mauricio Pochettino is not expecting to receive any backing from Daniel Levy despite
his wishes for some new additions.
Steven Charles Bergwijn is a Dutch professional football player who currently plays as a winger
for PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Bergwijn earned his first full international call up when Ronald Koeman named him in the
    Netherlands squad in October 2018.
He made his debut on 13 October 2018 in a 3–0 2018–19 UEFA Nations League A victory
    over Germany, as a starter.
