    hi guys welcome to my kitchen today I'm going to make Oaxaca cutlet and it takes
    around 10 to 15 minutes and there are two ways to make Oaxaca 3 you can either
    shallow fry or deep fry so let's begin so guys here are my ingredients for poha
    cutlet I am using salt dry mango powder that is a matured chopped green chillies
    chopped onion grated ginger red chilli powder gram flour that is Basin this is
    coriander powder mashed boiled potatoes and poha poha I have 4 soaked for 1
    minute so let's get started
    add 1 bowl of boiled potatoes
    add 1 bowl of soaked and squeezed poha
    add 1 medium size of chopped onion
    add 2 chopped green chillis
    add 1 table spoon of grated ginger
    1/4 spoon of dry mango
    1/4 spoon of coriander powder
    1/4 spoon of red chilli powder
    now add salt according to your taste
    2 spoons of gram flour
    mix all the ingredients well
    apply oil on your hands
    now make it into small pieces or shapes
    you can make small balls or oval shapes
    when it's ready
    heat the oil
    add cutlets in it one by one
    leave it till golden brown
    now change it's side gently
    fry till both the sides are golden brown
    remove it from the pan when it's ready
    Serve hot with tamarind chutney
